Υλικά (Ingredients):
60γρ. αλεύρι (60gr. plain flour)
35γρ. κακάο (35gr. cocoa)
1 κ.γ. μπέικιν πάουντερ ( tsp. baking powder)
1 βανιλίνη ( vanillin)
4 αυγά (4 eggs)
140γρ. ζάχαρη (140gr. sugar)
30ml ηλιέλαιο (30ml sunflower oil)
Για τη γέμιση (For the filling):
100γρ. τυρί κρέμα (100gr. cream cheese)
200γρ. φυστικοβούτυρο (200gr. peanut butter)
30γρ. βούτυρο (30gr. butter)
135γρ. άχνη (135gr. powdered sugar)
45ml γάλα (45ml milk)
Για την επικάλυψη (For the Frosting):
καραμελωμένο ζαχαρούχο γάλα (dulce de leche)
